A blog on rulings by the US Supreme Court. Often the logic behind these cases can be boiled down, which is what I will try to do. Some of the decisions are not interesting (at least to me) and I will probably just skip over them. I started this blog as a way to make myself read the opinions published by the Court. It has since begun to discourage me from doing that very thing, but substantially increasing the time it takes to do so. I have therefore decided to stop.
